can any one please explain in detail what is SD archive or Price achieving,appreciate ur reply.thanks.

as far as i know & understood, you can archive your documents like billing documents which are not of use anymore in the system (previous financial years documents, so that the space in tables can be utilised further), the call has to be taken by the Business Team & not from the IT Team that which documents needs to be archived, you can display the archived billing documents through T.Code: VF07, and by Price archiving...well i have never heard of this terminology...do let me know the scenario where it is being used.

archiving in normally done by the basis guy ... but what do u want to archive ?
