Web Client-when tried open SQ encounter error 'permission group is not defined [GroupAlwaysEditable

SAP Business One 10.0 (10.00.141) FP 2011 HOTFIX1 (64-bit), Singapore localization DB.

Using manager ID (superuser), when tried to open the created Sales Quotation, it shows error message 'permission group is not defined [GroupAlwaysEditable]'.

The same user ID, when I tried to 'Create Sales Quotation', it doesn't open the entry at all, it just show blank page.

I have attached the print screens for your reference. 

Any idea how to fix the issues? Or it is system bug?

Please check SAP note 2981133 for the issue faced.

Issue is fixed in Feature Package 2102 for SAP Business One 10.0

I submitted incident to SAP and SAP confirmed that the SAP note 2981133 is applicable to Singapore localization as well. I have feedback to SAP they need to update the SAP note accoridingly.
