sales order is done10 pcs, then delivery time i need change the delivery qunanity 12 pcs in delivery level, how can i do change delivery quninty give me reply

If you ask me, I wont recommend this.

Moreover, for information, for each delivery item category, in 0vlp, you can specify the system to checks for overdelivery and define whether the system to give warning or error message.

Also you need to specify an overdelivery limit in the sales order in Shipping tab at item level. Alternatively, in the customer-material info record also, you can use this indicator to control how the system reacts.

You can do this,

Order quantity can be modified at delivery levels also. The methods.

you can change the deliver quntity in delivery document. Make Picked quantity = deliver quantity. and do the PGI.

But Create invoice with delivery reference i.e. F2.

Hi,

Yes you can do the same.

While creating Delivery in Tcode -VL01N,

Enter qty-12 instead of 10. Carry on with picking, Pgi, Billing etc.

Hi,

This can be done through copy control settings between Order and delvery. VTLA there item level - + ve quanity..

configure this as per your requirement...
