Dear Friends,

when trying to post Depreciation posting Run- AFAB, I am getting the following problem.

All the settings are the correct in OAYR,OABT,OAYC

OABT - 90-Book Depreciation-0-0

The following is the full message

Warning: area 90 is not posted in this company code

Message no. AAPO503

Diagnosis

According to the settings in Customizing for Asset Accounting, depreciation area 90 is supposed to post to the general ledger. However, you did not enter the intervals at which posting should take place.

System Response

Depreciation area 90 is not considered during this posting run.

Procedure

Check the Customizing settings for both of the following:

• How depreciation areas post to the general ledger (Customizing for Asset Accounting -> Integration with the General Ledger -> Define How Depreciation Areas Post to General Ledger)

• The frequency of depreciation posting, and account assignment rules (Customizing for Asset Accounting -> Integration with the General Ledger -> Post Depreciation to the General Ledger -> Specify Intervals and Posting Rules).
