Valuation Price issue in PR Approval form

Hi,

We have a PR with multiple line items and different valuation price.

But in the PR approval form, the valuation price is showing only the line item 1's valuation price, not

total valuation price of the all items.

Can any one help me how to show the valuation price as sum of the all line items values.

Dear Rajeev,

Please check in spro whether system is configured for Item level or Header level release.

check the tick sign at Release group.

For item level release system considers the value of line item and for header level release system takes the total value of line items.

and for header level release

Materials Management --> Purchasing -->Purchase Requisition -->

in the release group tick the "OvalRel" field.

Overall release of purchase requisitions

Determines that the items in a purchase requisition are all released at the same time (rather than individually).

Hi Pradeep,

I could able to find the "OvRelPreq" in the below path

MM -- > Purchasing --> Purcahse requistion -->Define document types.

Here i can find that "OvRelPReq" has been checked. Can you please let me know what may be the error.

In customizing of requisition document type you can find an indicator to decide whether the release strategy is on header level or item level.

what is a PR approval form ? how do you get it?

Is this an own developed report/form ?

I guess your error is the program that triggers the form.
