When entering material in VA01, where in the Sales order the material details are saved in VA01 before saving the Sales order.

• I need to block some materials based on some validations in VA01.

Try using the exit "USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP".

You can add your code to perform desired validations for the material here.
