user status in maintenance notification

hi experts,

our client using permit like class 1 permit , class 2 permit etc. I have created one user status profile containing these all type of permits & as business requirement , I have restricted to create any maint. order unless the status is set to released & it is working fine.

Now our client wants to set two status at a time in notification as sometimes some work needs to take 2 permits to carry out the work.What setting I need to do so that I can set two user status at a time ?

Also is there any way to take print out of this permit?

Please note that my client does not want to assign permit either in equipment or order.

hi

i think you have using user status as permit ,yes you can assign 2 user status to one notification,but your user status should be without the status number .kindly check it

i think your user status will also get printed along with the shop paper

Hi ,

You can set the status more than one at time.while configuring Status Profile jsut maintain the Status Name and its Sort descrption do not give nay sequence numbering to it.

For permit printing you have to develope the smart form and programe to put the right data in smart form
