Hi,

I would like to display both the Project Type number and description in the drop-down in CJ20n but I can't for the life of me work out how! I know it must be something obvious but would someone kindly point me in the right direction.

Many Thanks,

Kathy

Greetings Kathy,

Depending on your SAP GUI, there is a little telly-screen shaped icon on your SAP GUI bar (it's the rightmost one)

Select it or press Alt+F12, then Options > Expert tab > tick box "Show keys in all dropdown lists".

Hi,

Project type values is based on config.

SPRO-Project systems-Structures-Templates-Standard WBS-Settings for operative/std wbs-Maintain project types.

If you want to change layout of detail screens - please check CJ20n-Settings-Layout detail screens will help.

Thank you - that wasn't it but I've found it now. I knew I would as soon as I posted a question!

In ECC click on the "Customize Local Layout" icon (the one that looks like a graph on the right hand side).

Click options. Then Interactive Design > Visualization 1

Under Controls on the right hand side check the "Show Keys within dropdown lists" check-box.
