Updating Ship to address on sales order did not update the addess2 field in delivery

Someone changed the address2 field in the sales order and it updated the ShipToCode in the delivery but not the address2. Please Help me how do I resolve problem?

Share more details like when user updates date after creation of delivery or before creation of delivery and check in demo database also if ots happening same there then its system behaviour you cannot do anything

Hi,

in which way you created the delivery ?

1) one Sales Order copied to one Delivery note

2) one Delivery Note copied from more than one Sales Orders

If 2. then the delivery address in Delivery note will change to the standard/default setting of this customer. All changes in sales orders will be ignored, and need to rechecked.

Please try 1 to keep the settings in the special sales Order.
