Update terminated error

Hi,

I have seeing this issue many a times:

1: When i take the print out for maintenance order

2: While schdeuling a Maintenance plans.

The error that i get is " Express document "Update was terminated" received from author " ".

Can any one help me in finding out what can be the reasons for finding this on regular basis.

Ask your Basis Administrator or the ABAPer to Goto SM13 search with the user thats getting the error. Double Click on the error normally it will give us the Funtion Module. Then double click on the Function Module you can generate the ABAP Dump. or else just goto the tcode ST22. It might not show it as a regular dump. But you will have something to trouble shoot. The reasons for what happened and how to correct the problem , would be in the Dump. This is a system message that means the system can not save the document you just created. Usually this is a basis issue. There could be something wrong with the Output forms.
