HI all,
My customer IT contact is no more in the organization and the Cloud implementation has started off now.
The customer does not have a S-User .
I know the below process from the past:
Additional people can be assigned as a Communication Contact to receive general communications related to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system. These assignments can also be requested via component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV.
Does this still hold good as the process or has it changed , can i request for a S-user from scratch for the new user from the customer and is the component the same or any different.

Hi Umesh,
The process holds good for the same and you need to raise an incident with Cloud Ops team using the component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV and your request will be taken care post validation.
