Universal Allocation on the basis of revenue

Hello ,

I am trying to  do margin analysis overhead allocation by giving variable portion in the rules. It is not fetching the receiver data after doing Test run .I am not able to allocate the cost  on the basis of revenue to the product. Proposed me a solution relevant to this.

Regarding the 'No receiver found' error when running allocation cycle, it's always suggested you to check whether there are postings exist for the combination of receiver.

For example, in your scenario, if you are using margin analysis type allocation, you can check whether there are posting data exist via 'Market Segments - Actuals'. And also take a look at the posting period, sometimes, there are no posting data for allocation cycle run period and cause the error.
