Hello SAP community,
At the time of creating a PO, we're unable to change the unit of measurement and a warning message shows (Unit BT is not maintained as an order unit) after defaulting back the UOM to 'EA'. In the material master, we maintained the alternative unit of measurement(the one which is required at the time of creating the PO i.e. BT) since there was only the base unit of measurement maintained.
However, the same warning message persists even after recreating the PO and doesn't allow to change the UOM either in the order quantity or the price unit. Can someone please suggest what could be done to resolve this?
Thanks & Regards,
Rishav

Hi Rishav,
Have you checked maintaining Order unit (in this case BT) in Purchasing view of Material master record ?
