Hi,

The "Parent Key" and "Line Number" columns in the sheet for the IGN1 table of SAP Business One represent specific relationships between the goods receipt document and its line items:

Parent Key: This is the unique ID of the Goods Receipt document (header). It tells which document the line belongs to.
Line Number: This is the position of each item or detail in the document, starting from 0 for the first line.

Parent Key (DocEntry)DocNumLine NumberItem CodeQuantity
101GR0010A00110
101GR0011B0025
102GR0020C00315

Parent Key (DocEntry): For example, 101 refers to the document with document number GR001.

Line Number: Within GR001, line 0 represents the first item (A001, quantity 10), and line 1 represents the second item (B002, quantity 5).

DocEntry 102: Refers to a separate document (GR002), with a single line item (C003, quantity 15).

Hope this helps!
Best regards,
Si mohamed ANDDAM
