Unable to start SLD Agent after installation in SAP Business One Cloud

Hello Professionals,

Please, your support is urgently required. After successfully installing System Landscape Directory (SLD) Agent in SAP Business One Cloud landscape, Windows couldn't start the service. It says, "Windows could not start the SAP Business One SLD Agent Service on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 0".

As a result of the above issue, the SAP Business One Cloud Control Center couldn't connect or register the SLD Agents.

Your advice will be highly appreciated.

Dear wills,

We would like to inform you, that the reported error is usually related to the environment rather than the SAP Business One application.

Please kindly try the following:

1. Perform a clean installation of the agent on the machine. Also please delete the client agent folder from program files.

2. You could also try to run the agent under a different (admin) service to see if it is a permission issue.

3. Check this link, with a possible solution.
