Unable to schedule jobs using AFC , the job is in status 'schedule requested'

From AFC unable to schedule the jobs. The jobs is in status 'Schedule Requested.'

Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Hi Archana Vijay,

in this case I recommended the following:

1. Check in the "Monitor Communication Systems" app for connection issues or scheduling issues.
2. In case this doesn't help to solve the issue, please open a customer ticket for further analysis / support.
