Unable to Request Outbound Delivery on a Partially Completed Service Order

Externally owned material came into to our Service Center for repairs.  There are (4) items.  One item was repaired and sent back out with an Outbound Delivery Request and removed from inventory.  The remaining (3) items were worked on, but not repairable.  Their service orders were completed and their status reflects "completed", but the Return shows the Service Order to be "in process" for the (3) items therefore the outbound delivery button is grayed out.  How can the completed service orders be reflected as complete in the Return which will allow for the outbound delivery request?

Dear Rhysell, Can you check what was the follow up activity that you have maintained for the items that were not repaired at your end ? What is the stock situation of the materials that are not repairable?
