In spro ,im unable to find node

REUSE COUNTRY SPECIFIC SETTINGS

CHANGE DEFAULT START DATE

The path for the above nodes :

please help me with the issue

ECC 6.0 IDES Version

DB : Oracle 10 g

Kernel Realease : 700

Supp Pkg level : 52

Abap Load : 1563

You are right is it not available on IDES it is only available on actual ECC software.
