How to update the status in eDocument Cockpit for the invoices for which IRN and E-Waybill are cancelled?

Download the Response files of IRN and E-Waybill from the IRP and NIC Portals and use Contingency Mode.

E-Invoice Contingency:

For detailed steps, you can also refer the below pointers:

1. Login to IRP Portal: Access the Government IRP portal using the provided credentials.
2. Navigate to Invoices: Locate the section where your processed invoices are listed or managed.
3. Select Invoice: Identify the specific invoice for which you need to download the JSON response.
4. View Invoice Details: Click on the invoice to view its details. You might find a "Details" or "View" option next to the invoice.
5. Download JSON: Look for an option that allows you to download the JSON response related to that invoice. This option might be labeled as "Download Response," "View JSON," or something similar.
6. Choose Download Location: Choose where you want to save the downloaded JSON response on your computer or device.
7. Execute "Link IRN details to Document": Select Contingency Option -> Outbound Inv/Debit/Credit Memo -> Single Upload -> Selection Parameters -> Fill File Path.

E-Waybill Contingency:

Refer Contingency Mode | SAP Help Portal 

1. Login to NIC and get the Response file for this eDocument.
2. Download the Excel.
3. Download the Template from the TSG 3415015
4. Map the fields to Template and save it as suggested in the Help Portal Documentation.
5. Use Contingency Mode as stated above in the Help Portal Documentation.
