two operators at one work center

Hi,

if 2 operators are working at 1 work center. how to do the confirmation at co11n? Any config settings req?

Activity is the carrier of cost it represents the different kinds of activities done in the production floor.

like Labour hours, machine hours

It is used to allocate the costs from the cost centers to the production order.based on the hours given in the routing and the rate planned in cost center plannin the production order gets debited.

Activity type is a unit of measurement for a particular activity like Machine, Labour, Maintenance, etc.

All these activity type is assign to stranderd value key in work center maxniym six per standard value key.

We create Activity type through T.Code KL01. While creating an activity type,

In KP26, we link an activity type to a cost center for the purpose of activity price calculation.

In CR01 while we are creating Work Center, we assign activity type in a work center.

In product costing, for determing the production overheads we use activity types.

Hi, we want to enter 2 personnel id numbers in co11n or co1v screen to show as each 8 hrs so that efficiency report will not effect for both personnel. pls advise.

Dear,

In CO11N you can have only one personal Id there per operation but you can do this if use it with respective to the second operation. No efficiency will be changed.

If not then go for custom development.

formula for labor Labour - use SAP003

First you have to create an activity called Labour.Maintain this in Standard value key in work center.Maintain this in costing tab also.Assign formula for this activity.This formula with its units should be maintained in costing tab of work center.

Now while confirmation put cumulative hours of two workers and confirm the order.

In co11n you will do confirmation for Activity Labour in hours. Here you are using two operators at work center. Add manhours of two operators and enter the cumulative hours against the Activity.
