Transferring Cost from One Sales Order Line Item to Line Item on New Sales Order

I am in a situation where we have cancelled a sales order with customer A and are looking to move the associated costs from 1 specific line of that Sales Order to a new Sales Order with customer B.

Any help is appreciated!
