Transfer request vs Transfer requirement

Can anyone please explain the relationship between transfer request and transfer requirement? I am confused if both are the same or different.

2 words for the same thing if they are used in relation to WM

There are just different people who create documentation, translate documentation and develop Screens and transactions.

Separating it by product then you find a lot help documents for SAP Business One which talk about transfer request, while ERP LE help documents usually talk about transfer requirements, but I have seen as well some with transfer request.
