Hi,

please check the responses your hexaware colleages got on exactly the same topic.

I am always willing to help peaple with any question in e-recruiting. But i think it is not necessary that within the last 3 weeks at least 4 different employees of the same consultancy doing e-recruiting for customers ask ther same question again and again.

In my opinion this question is already answered more than once on a level that someone doing consultancy in that field should be able to implement the ALE.

Of course if you are wellcome for any other question on the topic of e-recruiting.

Kind Regards

Hi Roman,

We got the errors while transferring data

1. Gender 'male' does not match form of address 'Ms. ' so we maintained the table TSAD3. so the error got solved.

2. Reference user RCF_CAND_INT does not exist ---> how to solve this issue???

Thanks

Create the reference user RCF_CAND_INT and assign the internal candidate profile *RCF_INTERNAL_CANDIDATE*.

Name of the standard role is SAP_RCF_INTERNAL_CANDIDATE. If you want to use another name for the reference user instead of rcf_cand_int you can change the name assignedin the t77rcf_role table although this is not really necessary.

Hello,

We activated BAdi Implementation HR_INB_PROCESS_IDOC in E-rec. Distributed data using T code 'PFAL' in ECC 6.0. IDoc posted successfully(status 53) but in E-recruitment 5102,5103,5104,5105,5110 series tables were not updated. If deactivated BAdi Implementation HR_INB_PROCESS_IDOC in E-rec ,data updated in PA Infotypes (0000,00001,00002,0006,0105 ) .

Any solution please......

Thanks,

Somi.

Hello,

in general IT5103, 5104 and 5105 are not part of the standard distribution model. Without special customer own ALE development you will not be able to transfer these information.

Check SLG1 - application log for entries.

did you the initial data upload or did you only transfer changes?

If you did the initial data transfer be sure the user running the IDOC import has the correct rights. Be sure noone changed the usage of IT0000 STAT2 as e-recruiting expects value 3 for active employees. Furthermore be sure to be informed about the handling of hirings in future.

If you only wanted to transfer updates. PFAL is not the right way. Be sure you activated the change pointers correctly. Use RBDMIDOC. And be sure to implemet the latest Notes. There had been an error that changes were only processed in e-recruiting if at least IT0000, 0001 and 0002 were changed which resulted in problems when only IT 0006 was updated. In this case the update was not transfered to e-recruiting.

Hi Roman Weise,

Thanks for your help,

We are uploading initial data and later we transfer changes. I activated change pointers. It is also working fine.

For customer ALE development of IT5103,IT5104 and IT5105 is any BAdi's are available?.How to do customer ALE development in this scenario. If possible documentation or URL links.

Thanks in advance,

Somi.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Could you please guide us which RFC we need to check?

Thanks,

Hello,

for the integrated scenario where e-recruiting and hcc are running on the same server the T77S0 switch RECFA HRRFC has to be set to NONE. Perhaps someone accidently entered another RFC conection which causes your login error.

Hi,

We have E-Recruiting and ECC 6.0 in the same box, when i complete a data transfer activity for an external candidate, shows error: *Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon).* Any help will be greatly appreciated

Inputs on the data transfer process for external candidates in an environment described above will be really helpful

Thanks,

Sekhar

Hello Sekhar,

The data transfer is using an rfc connection. Check if someone accidently put an user and the wrong password to this connection in SM59.

Rgds.
