Dear Colleagues,
I have a query pertaining to relationship Has Prerequisite between Business Event Type & Qualification.
What is the significance of the said relationship?
Please revert URGENTLY.
Regards,
Garima
Request clarification before answering.
Hello Garima,
It means you should have the qualification x for being able to be book at the course.
At the opposite the Imparts relationship assign the qualification to the employee after the completion of the course.
edit:
Business Event Type - Training and Event Management (PE) - SAP Library
Here you specify the qualification defined as prerequisite for attendance. In the Procedure infotype, you can specify whether a check is carried out for this prerequisite during booking. (By doing so you override the general settings made in Customizing for Training and Event Management under Attendee Checks for this event type.)
regards
Hadrien

Hello Garima,
If not yet created you must define the Qualification Catalog (t-Code OOQA).
Afterward you will be able to assign the qualifications or qualification block to the employee within his employee profile (t-Code PPPM).
Previously the qualification were assigned to an employee through its infotype 24 in PA30. Today Infotype 24 is only a view to the Employee Profile.
Best regards
Hadrien
