Hello,
As we know that at the time of Goods receipt for Subcontracting P.O., the componants get consumed as per the BOM or the same mentioned in P.O.Sometimes end user change the consumption material quantity at the time of goods receipt and there will be under or over consumption of componanats.
How to keep the track of such change in mateial quatities viz the user who changed it and the quantities changed. Is there any table which stores such data.
Thanks & Regards,
Sandeep
If you know the Material documents which you got from MSEG table based on movement type 543.
Then you can pass the same into MKPF table to know the USER ID MKPF-USNAM.
OR create an Query with SQVI joing tables MSEG and MKPF with RESB also if needed.

Hi All,
Thanks for your reply. RESB doesnt shows any change in quantity of componanats and the user who changed it.

If your user change the quantity in PO-component (ME22N) , then it will track the changes log for table RESB and it will show the user id who change it.
Please search in SCN "How to track changes log for a table"

Hi,
Compare the quantity for the component in RESB table against the PO and item along with the GR quantity for the component in MSEG table with PO and item (and 543 movement).

Do check in MSEG Table with movement 543 based on posting date.
Compare the quantities against your sub-con PO and BOM ratio.

The component data is stored in table RESB.
You can track such changes for table RESB against your subcontracting PO number..
