Dear Experts,
When we create Production order from planned order system will check stock of components at plant level. Suppose there are several Production Orders are created with like this then system will not give any error message of shortage quantities but when we do Batch Determination of component then System will give you error message of Shortage of Quantities because other Production or Process Orders are there then we have to do TECO of other Production Orders or Process Orders. But our client is not ready to do TECO of other Production Orders they want without TECO this issue will solve.
Can any body tell me How Can I make configuration setting for above mentioned requirement?

Shivkumar Dachawar
Shivkumar,
Check what is the availability rule you have maintained in OPJK. Also check that you have maintained value for "Collect.con"
Now go to OPJJ for 02 and that availability rule check what all settings you have maintained. Check if you have "X" maintained for "Incl.depen.rese" and "Incl.rel.order" or not? Also in "Receipts/issues" section select "include dep reservation" and "include reservations". If not, try to put and then try.
Try and revert back.

Swapnil

Hi,
On setting the status TECO - the system closes all the open reservations & any capacity requirements of the order. This is system design & the client have to follow this discipline.
The other option could be to put the 'Final issue' indicator during goods issue or 'Final confirmation' indicator during backflushing. This indicators also closes the open reservations. Apart from automatically created reservations for order, other reservations created manually can be closed manually.
Another option could be to stop the release of the order, if the order has missing parts. This can be achieved with configuration in OPJK - Checking control.
Hope this clarifies your query.
Warm regards,
Umesh

Hi,
You need to do Some configuration settings for it.
Go to T.code OPJK.
Select Transection type 1 (At the time of order creation) or 2 (At the time of Release) or set this setting for both.
Select your Order type and Plant and then go to details.
In Material avaibility part,
Untick Check box for NO check
In case of Order creation Transaction type 1
Collec. Conversion :- Select option 1or 3 (Depends on your clients requirment.
In case of Order release Transaction type 2
Release Material :- Selct option 3 no release if parts are missing.
After doing above settings system will throw a massage at the time of order creation at the time of order creation that
Order has missing parts (see log)
Message no. CO292
Diagnosis
Order contains material components, which are not available on the date
they are required.
And in case of Order release it not allows you to release the order.

Hi,
Tell me whether as per your current settings system will throw a massage or not for Massing parts at the time of order creation or release.
If this setting is OK then you will get Massage either All the materials are available or Order has Missing parts at the time of Order creation.
Check it and comeback
If yes then problem might be with production storage storage location.

Dhaval
Hi,
If you don't go with TECO then you have to manually cancel the relevant reservations.
