Hi,
I would like to know wats the difference between a to-be and interim to-be process flow. if there is any document related to it, pl post it.
thanks,
Maxx.
Hey you will get good answer under project management heading but still
In SAP we use the terminology .
As Is -- For Existing Scenarios
To Be - for what we will change after doing Business Process Re Engineering and after using Standard Operating Practice for the business.
To Be Interim- Can be interpret as an intermediate stage and approach which will be used from As Is to To be process .
Please refer documentation under project management and SAP implementation methdology of Various SAP sites.
