Hello Experts,
Hope all doing good !
Quick question,
The problem we had here is that Pacific time is BEFORE Easter time. Posting actually is in the past (prior) to the planned time, not in the future. So the Planned time is AFTER the Actual posting time.
User expecting the test to show that BOTH the planned and actual times would be in system time. But Planned and actual time stamp to be in system time (Phoenix time) always instead of CST.
Service order created and was processed approx. 2:15PM CST
The time stamp for actual time on confirmation is in CST & not in Phoenix time.
if a user on EAST coast (EST) create the service order, and user on WEST coast (Pacific time) create the confirmation, the planned time will be before the actual time.
If you flip the confirmation time to system time (phoenix) you may still have an issue.
What can be done to achieve this ?
Thanks.

There are a whole series of BADIs for handling time-zone issues.
Talk to your ABAP Team who should be able to help.
