Hi, everyone!

In my company we work with time evaluation, but, i don´t kwno why, the sistem doesn´t discount the time, when one employe leaves work before their time to go out. for example, the employe works at 6:00am to 3:30 pm and he decided leaves work at 12:30. the sistem not considerate this delay.

Someboday can help me please?

Well there is another thing, if you are asking "Quota is not effected"

In the 'Counting/quota deduction' section of the screen where you assign counting rules to absence/attendence, you select the counting rule for the corresponding attendance or absence type.

You also activate quota deduction if you want the corresponding

attendance/absence type to be deducted from quotas in the Absence Quotas

infotype (2006) and the Attendance Quotas infotype (2007).

Check it, where you have active Quota Deduction or not.

Hi,

Do you have positive (clock in/ out) or negative evaluation?

If you are using positive, please make a sure that infotipo 0007 is set to status "2".

After time is upload in IT2011. Time Evaluation Driver RPTIME00 is used to segregate time entries to store in relevant infotypes e.g., Absence, Attendence.

Time Evaluation Driver follows the Personal Calculation Schemas. You can maintain you requirement there.

Some more information would be useful- Do u calculate time entry with an external device, like a swipe card, Biometric , etc..

Hi,

Your requiremnt is not very clear on what action you want to take.

You said if employee works from 6:00 to 3:30, but in a day he leavs by 12:30. What do you want to do in this case.

Do yo want to create any loss of pay for this time? Do you wnat to reduce balance any of the absence quota? Do you want to generate a message to employee stating early leaving?

You can do all those by creating your custom PCR

I want to reduce balance any of the absence quota. Because the employee stating early leaving. This discount could be generate automatically? because this not doing it .

HI,

For this you will have to go for custom PCR. Use the following logic for writng PCR.

1) Read the TIP table, process the absence time type.

2)If you are not getting relevent time type in TIP table, again you have to write PCR to generate your absence time type by reading 'Planned working time' and 2011 entries.

3) If you are using day balance in your absence quota, add negative balance to the day balance

4) If you are not using day balance, use the UPDTQ to directly quota in IT2006

IF you are not used to write PCR you will have to put lot of efforts.
