Im beginner in HR ABAP and need ur advise for TIme Management.
My client are in implementing Time Management and Payroll functions....What i need here is, as an Abapper/technical cons, when my work will come into place whether it starts with HR consultant simultaneously or at the of gap filling in interface.
Just pls advise, what the steps first to be implemented in SAP side.
Generally the hrabap work starts after the basic configuration is done by the functional consultant and he identifies that certain things that standard SAP is not supporting or requires development will your role come into picture. In time and payroll you will be working with exits, reports and may be schema functions depending upon client requirements.
Also at the time of BBP and basic master configuration your role will be of giving suggestions regarding developments and probably time estimation.
