'Time-dependent taxes inactive: Tax Determ. Date for header must be empty.' error in SAP Ariba CIM

We are implementing SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management for our client. We are getting a tax related error 'Time-dependent taxes inactive: Tax Determ. Date for header must be empty.' in the CIM application Manage Supplier Invoices Centrally after uploading a supplier invoice pdf through the CIM application Upload Supplier Invoices Centrally. On removing the tax calculation date (which is the invoice date auto filled from the uploaded pdf invoice via OCR) from the uploaded invoice, the error is resolved. But we want this error resolved without this manual intervention. PFA screenshot of the error for your reference. Let us know if anyone has any possible solutions.

Hi All,

Found a solution to this issue and sharing it here. In the CIM app. Configure Business Data Scope we have the option to control the values that get filled for all the possible fields during invoice upload and processing. I have changed the default value of the tax calculation date field to blank and published the new business data scope version with the same and we are no longer getting the error.
