Hi SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Experts,
I am currently having some difficulties in assigning an Enterprise Project with Revenue to my sales order line items.
Once I select the project, I get the error "This WBS element is already assigned to another sales document" - this happens to other projects, not just one. However, in order to test this from scratch, I have recreated the project, making sure it's not sued on other sales orders.
Based on some KB articles and community posts, I understand that there are some setting I need to apply to the Project, some of those below:
1. Make sure the project profile is "Project with Revenue"
2. Multiple Sales Order Items Scenario "Yes"
3. Project Stock - is marked with "Yes" - even if this not an available selection
4. Billing Element - "Yes"
5. Budget Availability Control Profile - PS001
6. Budget Availability Control Active - "Yes"
7 Costing Sheet - 1110PI
After Releasing, I can select the project on the sales order lines. However, on save, I get the same error.
Can someone let me know what can be the issue here?
Regards,
Seb
Hi Seb,
Kindly try the 2 options mentioned below,
1. Uncheck Multiple Sales Order Items Scenario and try to to assign the WBS/Project.
2. Kindly check Revenue Recognition Key must be in sync with WBS and Sales Order.
