The use of KO8G

Hi,

for aquiring an asset i created an Internal order through KO01 and released through KO02 and acquisition done for an asset under AUC group. after that please let me know why we need to run KO8G and if i do why it straight way it takes to (70) Main Assets Dr and (75) AUC asset Cr without executing of AIAB and AIBU.

Thats fine but how it straight goes to main assets and credit AUC when i execute KO8G

It's because your IO is an investment measure and asset class/investment profile make this happen.

This process of AUC is kept to adhere to legal norms. Also its not neccessary that asset would be directly capilalised in same period. So do K08G with automatic first to settle to AUC and then do Final Settlement to transfer to Main Asset. Before that create a final asset in Intenal order.
