The Purchase requisition created by PM oder not allowing to change the item category to D (Service)

Hello,
I created the PM order with control key PM02 and maintained purchasing data in components screen. The Purchase requisition created by PM order is having item category as blank(Standard). Its not allowing to change to D (Service). 

How to create Service entry sheet for the PREQ/PO in this case?

hello, 

this is standard behaviour of a PM02 control key. For Services, you should use PM03.

Thank you very much for your quick reply. My requirement is to create a Serice entry sheet for the PREQ/PO generated by PM order. I want to use lean service. The SAP help says
"Choose another external control key (e.g. PM02) or enter a suitable lean service in the components list. Lean services are a type of service that can be purchased in the same way as materials. They have the product type group 2 and are delivered with the material type SERV in the standard system."
I apprecite if you can direct me in the right way.
