I have a question about the intercompany version PL26 which is compatible with Multiple Branches function. If I have multiple branches in one database am I going to get the benefits of the intercompany features, for example: can I do intercompany trade transactions between those branches in one database?

Omar, that’s not in scope. With Intercompany Solution, users can work with different SAP Business One databases, located on the same server or on multiple servers.
