Team Calendar: everybody can see leave request details

Hello

We have implemented "ESS Leave Request" in our portal.

We have discovered that if one employee click over one collegue absence in the Calendar Team he/she can see the details of the leave requets (type and even the notes).

Is is possible to avoid this behaviour?

We think that the notes a privated between the approver and the requester.

Hello

I have opened an OSS message. They have replied this is an authorizaton issue. I have changed the roles (infotype authorization) and now this issue is solved.

what needs to change in the role, can you please advise?
