Table level Changes/modifications in PP & QM module in S/4 HANA

I am new in S/4 HANA, If any table level changes/modifications are done in PP & QM module in S/4 HANA then please share a list of those tables and changes? It would be really very helpful for me.

I have already gone through the simplification list but it is only about new functionalities. Even I tried to get some link for table level changes but not found so raised this query here.

Please share, if you have any particular link or document for the same. It would be really very helpful.
