Hi,

You can do it via T.code MBVR - manage reservation for MASS Purpose.

But you can close only those Reservations which are created manually.While Order reservations (Production - Process order / maintanance Order) can be close by setting order status TECO.

use MBVR

also check in OMBF what is Retention period, in days, for reservation items is maintained

by default it is maintained as 30 means u can delete reservations which are more than 1 month old
