System is not calculating ,SAMPLE SIZE

Dear Friends,

I have done configuration and check all steps but system is not calculating sample size manually neither auto

kindly Guide me

Hi Radhey,

In the inspection plan used, there are three characteristics. Please check the control indicator of the MIC.

In the sample calculation, the system only takes into account 'Required characteristics and no 'Optional characteristics'.

Define at least one characteristic as a 'Required characteristic' so that a sample greater than zero can be calculated.

Hello Vivek,

Thanks for respond and as per your guidance i checked all MIC required  but sample size still zero and in Sample Procure i checked at without Inspection Points

Hi Radhey,

If none of the characteristic has  'Required characteristic' indicator active and later you have activated this indicator in MIC.  These will not overwrite the  characteristics control indicator maintained in inspection plan,

Either reassign the MIC in  the inspection plan or activate the Required characteristics indicator for the characteristics in the inspection plan.
