Hello all
Since we are migrating from ECC to S/4HANA, Classic MRP will transition to MRP Live. We will continue using Classic MRP for one more year before fully adopting MRP Live. In this context, where will the data for customizing reports for MRP be stored during the period of Classic MRP, and what will happen to the old data once MRP Live is implemented? Will it be retained or will it vanish?"
can anyone help in above case.

Hello Raj, Though, you have been moved into SAP S/4HANA you can still continue to use classical MRP and you can anytime switch to MRP Live without any much consideration but few function like, MRP list will not be generated while you MRP Live but you can MRP related fiori app, which can replace MRP List (Personally I feel). can you please share more details about the customizing reports (Which types of tables currently considered). So that I can help you better.
Regards
Prasath

Dear Prasanth, Thanks for your reply.
We are using custom reports which refers to std. tables MDKP, MDTB. Please refer SAP Note_ 2268085
So when we move to MRP Live, whether we need to migrate our old legacy data and where the new data will get stored.
Thanks
