Hello,
how can I sum values of several rows of an invoice-document during data-input by using a formated search? I know how the formated search has to look like, but my problem is, I've only access to row No. 1.

This is impossible as you cannot by Formatted Search read the values on several document lines but just on the line which has focus.
However, you can use the UI API Matrix object and do loop to read each row.
