Stop Production Order Release if PRT Missing

We would like to stop releasing Production Order if PRT details are missing. How can I do it?

Is there any standard configuration available in SAP S/4 Hana 1709?

Have you tried OPJK

There is a No Check checkbox, and also for collective conversion it says No Creation if PRT missing. I dont have an example ready with PRT so could test, maybe you can check this.
