Hi All,
When a sales order does not have a confirmed quantity, error message VL150 prevents the outbound delivery from being created. Is there a way to prevent an outbound delivery being created if there is not a confirmed quantity in the STO (PO)? The delivery type in question is NCCR.
SAP standard is that the STO delivery can only be created in the background through VL10B. Although there is a warning message (06450) in the STO if the confirmed quantity cannot be confirmed, this is only a warning message and can be bypassed. It is also disregarded when the delivery for the STO is created through VL10B.
Can configuration or tweaking of the message type be used for stop the delivery for the STO being created when no confirmed quantity?
Did you try changing the warning message 06450 to an Error ? The IMG path is MM > Purchasing > Environmental Data > Define Attributes of System Messages
