stock transport order for 313 and 315 movement type

Hi,

Is it possible to create stock transport for transfer posting from one storage location to other withe in the plant i.e fro 313 and 315 movement types.If yes how to create?

A number of procedures are available to enable you to transfer materials from one plant to

another:

Stock Transfer Between Plants in One Step - 301

Stock Transfer Between Plants in Two Steps - GI: 303 GR: 305

Stock Transport Order Without Delivery GI: 351 GR: 101

Stock Transport Order with Delivery via Shipping GI: 641 GR: 101

Stock Transport Order with Delivery and Billing Document/Invoice GI: 643 GR: 101

Hi

If u Post 313 then u can see the Stock type as 04 for the in-Transit stocks

After 315 for that , the stock type will be 01 Stock type at the receiveing Sloc , This is simply Transfer posting, Here we can have a track

311 is the direct posting to the receiving Sloc,

Further for STO you need to raise a seperate PO with a different document type with item category "U"

then GR will be done as per the normal procurement cycle
