Stock transfer between storage location

Hi Experts,

I want to transfer the stock between storage location situated at different states in India under one plant.

while transfer my client needs Out ward gate pass and Exise Invoice (Invoice to show the price and quantity and goods are for only transfer Not for sale).

Dear,

Please follow the following process as below if it is at different location:

1) Create the STO using T-Code:ME21N and maintain pricing conditions of freight and Save.

2. Create Delivery :VL10G

Click on the Background Button after selecting line item

A message is flashed : See log for information> next Click on Log for delivery creation Button >click on line item>click on document button to get Delivery document No

3. Picking, PGI:VL02N

4. Billing:VF01

Save the document and its done

5. J1IIN - Outgoing Excise Invoice

6. MIGO - Goods Receipt against outbound Delivery

7. J1IEX - Capture & Post Excise Invoice

Is this is possible under stock transfer between 2 S.loc of different states under one plant ?

No, Its only for transfer posting between plant to plant under one company code. And not for storage location.

Can you suggest me how to configure my requirement.because there is no physicla plant existed ?

Could you please check the Valuation control at which level ..... Plant or company code...

are you considering the location at different place (states) are under one plant????....

If this is two differnt plant you may have to do the STO with billing / Delivery, since this is in differnt geographycal location.

I'm Concedering plant as a valuation area.

The storage location at differnet states are under one plant only.

You can create the Stock transfer order for storage location also.

Please follow the below path:

Materials Management--PurchasingPurchase OrderSet up Stock Transport OrderSet Up Stock Transfer Between Storage Locations-Activate Stock Transfer Between Storage Locations
