STO Text does not copy to Delivery

Hello All,

STO shipping instructions are not being copied into the Delivery. STO (UD) --> Delivery (NL)

I am creating an inter-company STO (doc type=UD). Requirement copy shipping instructions/TEXT to Delivery note.

My text control setup is -

1.Text procedure=Z1

o Created Text Id in Text procedure = Header Note1 with Access Seq=908

o Access sequence =908

o Access Sequence for Text Id= EKKO Id=F06 u2013 Shipping instructions.

o Assigned my text procedure to delivery type = NL

I have also setup copy control in Deliveries

I found several OSS notes but, nothing related to ECC 6.0

What am I missing????

follow the instructions given in OSS Note 751441 - Consulting: Settings for texts from purchase order

Hi RG,

It is PO type= UD --StockTranspOrderDel.

I even tried it with both delivery types NL and NLCC.

I also searched for the OSS notes.

It is still NOT working.

Hi Bhnumika

Are you sure for Intercompany you are using UB document type ?

I though suppose to use the NB for Intercompany (ie, Cross Company) if billing involved.

If intercompany suppose

NB --> NLCC -> IV

please confirm the document type.

Will keep updated about the text not copied issue
