Status of change number

Hello,

Is there any way to relate "Status w/o status number" with "Status of change number"?

We want to link the status of the change number (1 -active, 2 - inactive) with the statuses that we have created in the Profile, so that when we change this status, the status of change number will automatically change.

Is it possible to do that?

Hi Mario,

Unfortunately it is not possible. I tried to search if a user exit could do that but I was not able to find any.

The profile allows the user to default in object types and status profiles into the change master. The status profile allows customers to have their own user statuses for the ECO/ECM header which can be used to allow/prevent business processes from occurring (i.e. - ECO cannot be converted until the user status is set to 'CNV'). The status on the header though is different, It only checks if the change number can be used for objects or not.
