Status BRRQ is active in process order.

Hiii,

Need expert advice.

I want to delete and then archive the process order but my order is having system status as BRRQ which refuses to mark it for deletion.

Inspection lot is having status as "ICCO and LOLK" .

Now I am not able to delete the process order because of the BRRQ status.

I Have this same issue but a noncommercial lot, so I can't go to qa12. How do I fix this?

Hi,

Due to Batch Record Required you are getting this Error as Business Transaction LVMS (setting deletion flag to Order) is forbidden with this status. Check BS22 - Status number I0390. Since your inspection lot is having status LOLK (I0381) you first have to remove this status. Use transaction QA12

> enter the lot number & enter> Go to Menu Button UsageDecision >  Click Functions> Block for batch Record > Deselect

This will reset the LOLK status in Inspection Lot. Check whether the stock corresponding to inspection lot has been correctly posted. This should remove the BRRQ status in Production Order.

Please check and revert back

Dear,

BRRQ - Batch Record required. so Batch record for process order batch needs to be approved and archived through COEBR. I think you may have inpocess inspection lot which you need to clear it.

Then send the Message to the process order CO54.

OR goto BS22 select I0278 and allow

LVMS  Mark for deletion
QM56  Lock insp. lot for archiving
