startsap r3 No instance profiles found

While starting the application server, we encountered the following error:

startsap r3: No instance profiles found.

The trace file can be found at /home/prdadm/startsap.trc. Please share this file with support for further investigation.

Additionally, we are facing the following issues:

• The Dispatcher is not starting on the DVEBMGS00 application server.
• The Message Server is not starting when attempting to start the ASCS01 instance.

Yes Database is running on the same system

while starting the SAP server dispatcher & message server are not working and remaining all services are working fine.
