This availability service has limitation that it can not replicate delta in real time. the iflow only replicates data once day, however, it can triggered on ADHOC basis to replicate the data any time by setting the parameter "Test" mode to "True".
Generally, availability data does not change every hour and that is why delta is not required more than once a day.
